Meeting between the Chairman of Piraeus Bank and NEUROPUBLIC’s executives

On Friday 19 June a meeting took place between executives of the Piraeus Bank and NEUROPUBLIC, at the company’s headquarters at Piraeus, Greece.

Mr. Giorgos Chatzinikolaou, Piraeus Bank Chairman and Mr. Christodoulos Antoniadis, Management Consultant for Commercial & Agricultural Banking visited NEUROPUBLIC and met with company’s founder Mr. Tasos Gargalakos, CEO Mrs. Roza Gargalakou and other board members of NEUROPUBLIC.

The meeting included discussions on the concept and the framework of the new Common Agricultural Policy and the sectors in which the new CAP emphasizes, such as the environmental protection, the biodiversity enhancement and more generally the adoption of strategies that ensure the environmental, financial and social sustainability of agriculture.

Special emphasis was put on issues and measures described in the new CAP regarding the climate change mitigation, which lies at the core of the Piraeus Bank strategy.
