Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, ideally with ERP or other enterprise software systems.
• Experience in Java and solid knowledge of SQL and database development. Familiarity with frontend technologies such as Angular or VueJs is a plus.
• Ability to think abstractly and break down complex problems into manageable parts.
• Proven ability to absorb complex business requirements quickly and accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
